MMA – Ministry Methodological Assistant | Petr Havlíček
AI assistant for project managers in the field of European funds.
The project focuses on the use of AI in customer support with a specific application for the LEMMA student film laboratory at MUNI FI. The original ambitious vision included a comprehensive system linked to the equipment reservation system, but the project gradually shifted its focus to a more realistic goal—an information chatbot available 24/7.
The target group consists of members of the LEMMA laboratory and students of PV110, PV113, and PV174 courses who need quick access to information about borrowing rules, the use of film equipment, festival organization, and practical procedures. The project included a questionnaire survey among students, which confirmed their interest in a text-based chatbot on the website and the need for access to historical information.
The result is a functional LEMMA Assistant created using Custom GPTs in ChatGPT, which provides information about the lab, technical equipment, and festival organization. The chatbot has already been presented to colleagues in the lab and has the potential to be expanded with an API connection to the reservation system. The project also includes a complete landing page, wireframes, storyboards, and a professional presentation.
Ethics: The project addresses the risk of sensitive information leaks, inaccurate responses, weakened interpersonal interaction, and unequal access. It proposes solutions such as separating confidential and public knowledge bases, transparent source labeling, maintaining alternative communication channels, and the possibility of feedback.
