MMA – Ministry Methodological Assistant | Petr Havlíček

The project addresses the problem of project managers at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs navigating complex methodological documents relating to European funds. The methodologies are extensive, incomprehensible, and studying them takes up a disproportionate amount of time that project managers could devote to more meaningful work.

The MMA (Ministerial Methodological Assistant) is designed to provide quick answers to methodological questions, simplify complex formulations into a more understandable form, and refer to specific sources in the documents. The target group is project managers in the social innovation department, with the possibility of extending to all project managers of European funds at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and subsidy recipients.

The project has gradually evolved from a complex vision to a more realistic solution focused on information functions. It includes qualitative research through simulated interviews with project managers, testing of various AI platforms, creation of functional prototypes, and thorough ethical analysis. Special attention is paid to the reliability of responses and minimizing the risk of misinformation.

Ethics: The project comprehensively addresses ethical aspects using Tarot Cards of Tech and its own code of ethics. It focuses primarily on the reliability of responses, transparency of sources, protection against misuse, and maintaining human control. It proposes measures such as mandatory disclaimers, source citations, the possibility of feedback, and restrictions against over-reliance on AI.

  4. Sider.ai – testing an "on-hand" assistant integrated into the browser
  5. Dovetail – transcription and analysis of a simulated interview with a project manager
  6. Napkin.ai – visualization of insights from research and solution proposals
  7. HeyGen – creation of AI avatar videos for presentation
