MMA – Ministry Methodological Assistant | Petr Havlíček
AI assistant for project managers in the field of European funds.
The team project focuses on the use of AI in a banking application for better financial management and increasing the financial literacy of Slovak clients. The project responds to the growing competition of fintech companies against traditional banks and identifies AI as a key competitive advantage.
The main innovative solution is the concept of "Finančný digitálny dvojník" (Financial Digital Twin) - a predictive AI tool that allows users to "skip" a month or a year ahead and see the consequences of their financial decisions. Users can safely experiment with different financial strategies without real risk and learn through the visualization of complex financial data.
The integrated AI platform includes an advanced chatbot for customer support, an intelligent search system, personalized financial recommendations, and advanced fraud detection. The project emphasizes transparency, explainability of AI decisions, and the option for clients to opt out.
Ethics: A comprehensive analysis using Tarot Cards of Tech and AI Ethics Canvas identified the main risks: loss of trust due to poor AI recommendations, potential manipulation by "malicious actors," the environmental impact of energy-intensive calculations, and the risk of over-reliance on AI without developing one's own financial literacy.
