Task

The Creative Journal is one of the most comprehensive and flexible options for developing creative thinking. There are several ways to approach it. As part of the course completion, you will need to dedicate ten days to it. Whether it's a continuous block or you divide the assignment over a whole month is up to you. So, there will be one journal with ten daily entries.

  • Please process the first five according to the template we have created. You can find out what suits you and what is holding you back. The template contains nine points, which must be completed every day. Finish the five days with a first reflection. However, you can graphically modify, rewrite, reprint, and reformat the template according to your needs.
  • You can do the remaining five days your way. It is up to you whether you continue to follow the template or choose your way. However, the journal's scope must match the first part, i.e. the creative techniques removed must be replaced by others. This is not a reduction of the previous template but a personalisation at your discretion. End these second five days with a second reflection

You can write your journal on a computer, tablet, or paper. It's up to you what's most comfortable for you, or you can combine techniques. But for each day, please fill in the date.

You will not receive peer feedback this time, but trained tutors will review your diaries. Please submit your creative journal to the drop-off room. If you did it on paper, please scan it in for us. The more legible it is, the easier it will be for the tutor to think about.
