Task
Digital well-being takes time, so it's unsuitable for a "quick" task. But still - try to take stock of when you work with technology, which brings you negative feelings. It could be the technology (I hate Excel!) or the associated activity (the alarm clock on my cell phone when we don't like to stand.
Describe at least eight situations in a table where there will always be a technology-action-reason for the negative feeling.
Along with this spreadsheet, try to plan to get rid of one row in the spreadsheet (we can't check this, but start within three days of submission!). What technology change, process change, or attitude change will you make to make technology less hassle-free? Choose SMART to describe how you'll do it - it needs to be specific (small), measurable (explain how), achievable (please don't fall in love with Excel spreadsheets!), relevant (a spreadsheet gives it) and time-bound (how long you work with it).
